Personal data processing
INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
1. Why this information
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "Regulation") and Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 as subsequently amended (hereinafter "Code"), this page describes the methods of processing of personal data of users who use the services of Just Knock s.r.l. (hereinafter "JK") and that consult, register and interact with the services of the JK website accessible electronically at the following address: www.justknock.it (hereinafter the "Site"). This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services accessible through hypertext links possibly published on the Site but referring to resources outside the domain of JK.
2. Data controller
The data controller is Just Knock s.r.l., with registered office in via Goito n. 5, Milan (VAT no.: 08772940964; email: info@justknock.it; PEC: justknocksrl@pec.it).
3. Types of data processed, purposes and legal basis of processing, storage period
As a result of the interaction of users with the Site and with JK's services, data relating to identified or identifiable natural persons may be processed. The personal data processed are as follows:
(I) NAVIGATION DATA
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified subjects, but by its very nature could allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its proper functioning. The navigation data do not persist for more than seven days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authorities).
(II) DATA COMMUNICATED BY THE USER
The registration to the Site, the compilation and forwarding of forms on the Site and the voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses of JK by users involve the acquisition of personal data of users by JK (personal data, contact details, educational qualifications and work experience). Users are advised not to include in the Site and in requests to JK information that may fall within the special categories of personal data under Article. 9 of the Regulation (for example, data related to health). The data are processed by JK for the purposes of enabling registration to the Site and the proper use of JK's services relating to it and to verify the degree of user satisfaction with questionnaires in anonymous and aggregate form, and in order to process user requests. The legal basis for the processing is the contractual and pre-contractual fulfilment of the relationship between JK and the users at their request (art. 6, para. 1, letter b, of the Regulation). The data may also be processed in order to comply with legal obligations or with requests from authorities (art. 6, par. 1, letter c, of the Regulations).
The provision of data is optional, but any refusal to provide the data indicated on the Site as necessary for the purposes of registration, use of services or processing of requests, or any subsequent opposition or revocation to the processing of personal data for these purposes, will make it impossible to register on the Site or to continue to use the services and content offered by JK or to receive feedback on requests sent to JK.
The data will be kept for the duration of the registration of the users to the Site for the duration strictly necessary for the fulfilment of the contractual relationship or the requests of the users. In any case, since the processing is carried out for the provision of services, JK will keep personal data for the period of time provided for and allowed by Italian law to protect its rights (Art. 2946 c.c. et seq.) in relation to possible disputes or on the instructions of public authorities.
Pursuant to Article 130, paragraph 4, of the Code, the e-mail address provided by users for the purposes of using the Site and the services inherent in it offered by JK, may be used by JK for the purpose of sending newsletters and offers of similar products and services. Users may object at any time, both at the time of registration and at the time of sending any subsequent communication, without this entailing any consequence with respect to the possibility of using the contents of the Site and the services of JK. In addition to filling in the appropriate forms on the Site, users can register and access, if they have a Linkedin or Facebook profile, also by clicking on the "Register with Linkedin" or "Register with Facebook" button on the pages relating to registration and access to the Site. In this case, Linkedin or Facebook will automatically send JK some user data, specified in the special "pop-up" window displayed at the time of the request.
4. Methods of treatment
The processing of users' personal data will be carried out in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, purpose limitation, minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity, confidentiality and accountability. The data will be processed with computerized, telematic, manual and paper tools to ensure confidentiality and security in compliance with the requirements of the law.
5. Recipients of the data
The data collected will not be disclosed by JK.
The personal data collected for the above purposes will be processed by the JK staff in charge of processing on the basis of specific instructions provided by JK regarding the purposes and methods of the individual activities related to each processing.
The data will also be communicated for the same purposes to the entities designated by JK as data controllers pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation, consisting of providers of services for the development and maintenance of the Site and the technological platforms necessary for the operation of the Site and the services of JK, accounting, administrative, legal, tax and financial advisors and credit institutions. The personal data of candidate users collected for the purposes indicated above may be communicated to companies with headquarters outside the European Union that have indicated to JK an expression of interest in the ideas of the candidates and / or its intermediaries, if this is strictly necessary in order to perform the services provided to users pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 1, letter. b. or c. of the Regulation.
6. Rights of the interested parties
Users have the right to ask JK for access to their personal data and the rectification or deletion of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose their processing, and the right to portability of data, as provided for in Articles. 15 et seq. of the Regulation. The appropriate request can be submitted by contacting JK at the email address: info@justknock.it.
Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this Site and / or in the provision of services of JK is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (www.garanteprivacy.it), as provided for in art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to bring an action before the appropriate courts as provided for in art. 79 of the Regulation.
If any violation of personal data may involve a high risk for the rights and freedoms of individuals, they will be communicated to the user without justified delay as provided for in Article 34 of the Regulation.
